On September 20, 2024, Cold Electric's 20-foot energy storage cabinet powered THE HEAT, VOYAGERS.io's first-ever climate-tech festival, completely off the grid.

Hosted at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire, the festival brought together leading innovators, scientists, and entrepreneurs to explore the future of climate technology. Our OG (Off Grid/On Grid) Unit powered every stage, light, and sound system, delivering 2.1MWh of clean energy storage, more than enough to meet the festival's entire energy needs.

Unlike conventional lithium-ion systems, Cold Electric's lithium iron phosphate batteries are flame-proof, smoke-free, and rigorously tested for global standards in battery safety. This ensures resilience and reliability even in the most demanding live environments.
